Pike Spring Break Vacation 2025 at 10 Micro Drive, Woburn, Ma

Come join us for games, activities, and loads of fun during Pike’s Spring Break! This registration is for Pike School families only. We have half and full day options available for you at our facility in Woburn, Ma for the weeks of March 10th and March 17th. Half day children should be sent with a water bottle, snack, and comfortable, active clothes and shoes. Full day students should be sent with a snack, and lunch. We can’t wait to see you there!

  • Parent(s) or legal guardian must agree below before player is accepted to participate in the Sports Zone 101 programs: As parent/legal guardian of the child named herein, I hereby represent that the child has been examined by a pediatrician and is physically fit to participate in Sports Zone 101 programming. I understand there are inherent risks to participating in this program. I hereby accept responsibility for and agree to pay any and all costs of medical treatment resulting from any injury suffered by my child as a result of his/her participation at Sports Zone 101 programs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sports Zone 101, and its agents, employees and/or representatives, from any and all liability, damage, or expense arising out of my child’s participation at Sports Zone 101. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for a qualified Sports Zone 101 staff member, an emergency medical technician, a physician or staff member at a hospital, or any other qualified individual to administer care and provide any medical treatment deemed necessary for my child.
  • Sports Zone 101 has my permission to use my or my child's photograph publicly to promote their activities and programs. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
